UNCLENCH YOUR JAW (LEAVING A SLIGHT SPACE BETWEEN YOUR LIPS & YOUR TEETH)
TAKE A DEEP INHALATION through the nose, and a DEEP~LONG EXHALATIOn out of the mouth…
keep breathing for (at least) 2 more rounds of breath or more…
